Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney for their Banking & Finance practice. The successful candidate will represent various financial institutions in complex and innovative financing transactions, focusing on securitizations and structured products. The role involves developing legal strategies for both domestic and cross-border structured finance arrangements, coordinating and negotiating deal documentation, and providing legal analysis on regulatory issues. Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor degree and have at least 6 months of experience in complex debt finance and structured finance transactions, including experience with cross-border transactions in the US and EU, and providing guidance to deal teams.
