Description
Our client is seeking a Finance Senior Associate for their New York office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with diverse assets such as residential and commercial mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, single-family rental properties, and more. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of securitization laws, analyzing restructuring deals, participating in rating agency processes, and identifying legal issues in operative documents. The role also involves reviewing and preparing transaction documents, understanding cash flow and payment priorities, drafting form documents and opinions, and writing articles for business development. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school, be licensed to practice law in New York, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
