Description
Our client is seeking a mid- or senior-level associate to join their structured finance team in Dallas, Miami, or Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have experience representing financial institutions in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions, though those with general capital markets, private credit, or leveraged finance experience and an interest in securitization are also encouraged to apply. The practice focuses on areas such as Repo finance, digital infrastructure, trade receivable finance, warehouse lending, and structured private credit facilities.
