FINANCE ASSOCIATE (3707)
Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced commercial finance associate to join their expanding Corporate Practice Group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of substantial experience in areas such as acquisition financing, agented syndicated secured financings, fund finance, and/or healthcare financings, with a solid understanding of Article 9 of the UCC. Experience with intercreditor agreements and agreements among lenders is advantageous. The role requires strong drafting and negotiating skills, a proactive approach to client interaction, and an engaging personality. Candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership within the firm's Corporate Practice Group and Banking and Finance team. A strong academic background and significant experience in sophisticated transactional matters at a large law firm or commercial finance boutique are preferred.
