Description
Our client, a Pittsburgh-based firm, is looking for a junior associate with one to three years of experience to join the financial institutions and services litigation team in their Miami office. The ideal applicant will have substantial experience representing financial institutions and service clients in litigation, regulatory compliance, and enforcement actions, especially in federal courts in Florida and across the country, but also in state courts. Candidates should have knowledge of organizing, conducting, and managing the discovery process, including e-discovery, as well as independently conducting research and drafting substantive pleadings and motions. Candidates need to be admitted to practice law in Florida and hold a J.D. from an authorized law school.
