Description
Our client, a highly-rated and diverse law firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level Financial Services Transactional Associate Attorney to be based in either New York or Washington, DC (other US locations may be considered). The ideal candidate should have 3 - 5 years of experience and a demonstrated interest in financial services transactions, supporting their representation of banks, fintechs, merchants, and payment processors. Key skills include managing components of transactions independently, strong analytical, drafting, and communication abilities, and a familiarity with strategic partnerships in payments and lending. Experience in working with BaaS agreements, co-brand credit card agreements, merchant acquiring agreements, etc., is highly desirable. Bar admission in the state of practice is a prerequisite. Successful candidates will join a dynamic team working on cutting-edge financial services and fintech transactions.
