Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in New York, is seeking a midlevel associate to join their Financial Services Department, specializing in Derivatives. The ideal candidate should possess 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably gained at a financial institution or another law firm. This role involves representing commercial and investment banks in a variety of derivatives transactions for hedge funds, private equity funds, and registered investment companies. Applicants must have a strong background in drafting documents for complex structures, a keen interest in working on bespoke transactions, and the capability to manage client relationships and advance transactions independently.
