Their Global Franchise, Distribution and Brand Expansion Practice is known for its technical knowledge, deep experience, and business acumen in all franchise and brand-expansion-related issues. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in a transactional practice at a large law firm, strong analytical and writing skills, exceptional speaking and interpersonal skills.
