Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their Finance practice, specializing in Fund Finance, at their New York office. This leading practice represents top-tier banks, private credit funds, and insurance companies in structuring and negotiating complex, cross-border financing arrangements with various funds and investment entities. The role involves working on a wide range of financial structures, including NAV loans, secondaries facilities, subscription lines, and more, across diverse asset classes and industries. Ideal candidates will have 2-3+ years of experience in corporate finance or secured lending, with skills in drafting debt financing documents, managing transactions, and working collaboratively within a deal team. Strong drafting and client communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage client relationships and drive transactions independently. A J.D. and NY Bar admission are required.
