Description
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to support their fund finance and/or leveraged finance practices. The ideal candidate will have robust experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, such as fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings. A strong background in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit is highly desirable. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials from law school and have relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience. This opportunity is available in multiple locations including a major city in the East, Midwest, and South.
