Description
Our client, a prominent financial services advisory firm, is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of asset management regulatory experience. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of federal securities laws, especially the Investment Advisers Act. Established for over 40 years, their Global Asset Management Regulation team has been a leading adviser to diverse clients, including asset managers, investment funds, and financial institutions. The firm's clientele ranges from small start-ups to some of the world's largest financial institutions and fund groups. Applicants should have significant experience in a large law firm or a blend of law firm and in-house or regulatory agency environments. Experience advising clients on cross-border regulatory matters and managing clients with diverse product lines is desirable.
