Our client is actively looking for an associate with 3-6 years of asset management regulatory experience and a deep understanding of federal securities laws, especially the Investment Advisers Act. As part of a leading team that advises financial services firms, asset managers, and investment funds, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to some of the world's largest financial institutions. The ideal candidate has experience in a large law firm, or a combination of law firm and in-house or regulatory agency, and has experience advising clients on cross-border regulatory matters and with diverse product lines.
