Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified mid-level Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Global Trade practice. The ideal candidate should possess experience in counseling clients on a wide range of U.S. regulatory issues involving international trade and investment, including exports of controlled goods and services, cross-border investments, defense articles and services, and transactions involving sanctioned countries, persons, and entities. Experience in advising clients in the technology, life sciences and private equity industries regarding CFIUS, EAR, ITAR, and economic sanctions administered by OFAC is a plus. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
