Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level government contracts associate to join their team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in a government contracts group at a large or mid-sized national firm, a government contracts boutique firm, or in the government working on government contracts matters. Substantive experience must include bid protests, familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements, and experience counseling clients on FAR and other regulatory requirements. Preferred experience includes federal court litigation, government contracts litigation and investigations, drafting and/or negotiating government contracts, and performing due diligence on government contracts M&A transactions.
