Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Washington, DC, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Government Contracts Team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, preferably gained at a large or mid-sized national law firm within a government contracts group, a government contracts boutique firm, or directly in government handling related matters. Essential expertise includes bid protests, a thorough understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements, and experience advising clients on FAR and federal grant compliance. Additional qualifications include experience in federal court litigation, CDA claims, FCA/whistleblower claims, prime-subcontractor disputes, and government contracts M&A transactions.
