Description

Our client’s Government Contracts & National Security Practice Group is seeking a mid-level to senior associate for their Washington, D.C. office. This market-leading team, recognized by Chambers/Legal 500, handles a diverse range of litigation, investigation, export control, cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions, and counseling work. Recent projects include litigating complex contract award challenges for aerospace and defense companies and negotiating novel agreements with the government. The team also advises on grant compliance and federal audits related to the Inflation Reduction Act and CHIPS Act. Candidates must have a minimum of four years of legal experience in government contracts law, strong research, writing, and analytic skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Special consideration will be given to those with judicial clerk experience or academic training in government contracts law.
