The firm's team has a prominent reputation for counseling, investigating, defending, and litigating all forms of government inquiries across the country, and they encourage individuals from various backgrounds to apply. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of relevant experience and strong writing and advocacy skills in the defense of government investigations, government enforcement litigation, and related complex civil fraud litigation. They will also have experience in managing such matters, including the development of investigation strategy, responding to government subpoenas, CIDs, or other document requests, and having the ability to master complex factual analysis. Candidates should be motivated self-starters with excellent academic credentials, superb judgment, communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
