Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Healthcare & Medical Malpractice Practice in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Illinois and possess 3-6 years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings. Preferred candidates will have experience defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits. The role involves representing a diverse range of healthcare providers, including hospitals, physicians, and clinics, in various medical malpractice actions. Candidates should be adept at drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, motions, and depositions, with strong writing and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
