Description
Our client, a global firm, is seeking a mid level associate to join their intellectual property practice group in its Washington D.C. office. Candidates who meet the criteria should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience litigating patent cases in district court or before the International Trade Commission. It would be ideal to have a technical degree in electrical, mechanical, or computer engineering or significant experience working with material in related sectors. Experience with the PTAB is highly recommended. For clients with intellectual property assets across almost all industry sectors, our team creates and implements global protection and commercialization strategies.
