Description

Our client is seeking an associate for their International Trade practice in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in international trade and import compliance, with a strong understanding of U.S. Customs enforcement issues, including customs prior disclosures, free-trade-agreement origin determinations, HTS classifications, entered value determinations, ruling requests, protests, forced labor and supply chain matters, audits, and investigations. While government experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates must possess a strong academic record, excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
