Our client, a premier law firm with elite teams globally, is seeking a 2nd-5th Year Private Funds Associate for their Investment Funds & Private Capital practice group based in New York. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in the formation of funds focused on investment in private equity, real estate, credit, and/or other illiquid asset classes, and should be adept at advising clients on all aspects of fund formation, fund structuring, capital raising, and related legal issues.
