Description
Our client, a renowned global law firm, is actively seeking passionate and experienced attorneys to join their Registered Funds practice in their New York, Boston, or Washington, D.C. offices. The ideal candidates will possess three to six years of experience in a recognized investment funds practice, with a solid background in advising on the formation, structuring, and management of open-end and closed-end funds across various asset classes. Specific experience in business development company matters, including operational and reporting aspects for both private and publicly-traded BDCs, is highly sought after. Additionally, underwriter representations and capital markets experience are desirable. Competence in governance-related compliance and regulatory matters related to registered funds and BDCs is a plus. Top-tier analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong academic credentials are required. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor and be eligible for bar admission in the relevant state/District of Columbia.
