Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking an Associate for their Winston-Salem office with a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate, M&A, and/or investment management. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate transactions, private equity investments, private funds, and familiarity with Federal and State Securities Laws. Essential skills include statutory and regulatory analysis, legal writing, securities offerings, and a strong understanding of corporate governance principles. Experience with the Investment Advisers Act or Investment Company Act is highly desirable. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and a commitment to delivering results-oriented counsel for corporations at various growth stages.
