Description
Our client is seeking attorneys from law school class years 2018 – 2021 to join their IP Litigation team. Ideal candidates will have top law school credentials and experience in IP/patent litigation. Undergraduate degrees in fields such as electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar are highly preferred. Experience with CAFC clerkship and PTAB disputes will be considered a plus.
