IP TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3526)
Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation to join their Intellectual Property group in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, including claims under the Lanham Act and the Copyright Act, as well as common law trademark infringement and breach of contract cases. Essential skills include significant discovery experience, research and writing proficiency, and pre-litigation brand protection strategies. Experience with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and online enforcement, such as takedown notices and UDRP complaints, is advantageous.
