LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE (0214)
Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 3 to 5 years of labor and employment defense experience to join their expanding national labor and employment practice. The role involves general employment litigation, including wage and hour litigation, and employment counseling. The successful candidate must have excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, along with federal and state court experience. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and membership of the California State Bar are mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego areas, but the role does not require full-time office presence, in respect of our client's Remote Permissive Work Policy.
