Description
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 4 years of employment experience to join their team in Chicago. The candidate must be licensed to practice in Illinois and will be responsible for providing proactive employment law advice, reviewing new legislation, counseling in-house attorneys and HR teams on a range of employment relations matters, and drafting and negotiating employment-related contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel is required, and experience with executive compensation and working with clients in financial services is preferred. This role is focused on advice and counsel.
