Description
Our client, a global top 50 full-service law firm with over 1,000 attorneys worldwide, is seeking a 4-6 year associate to join their Labor & Employment group. The firm boasts one of the largest and most prestigious Labor & Employment practices in the country, advising employers of all sizes in all aspects of employment advice and counseling, disputes and litigation, international employment and mobility, and union management relations. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience working on both single-plaintiff and class action labor-and-employment matters, strong litigation skills, and exceptional writing skills. Experience advising clients on personnel issues and trial experience are a plus. Candidates must be admitted to the CA bar and have a strong academic background from a top-tier law school.
