Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 5 to 7 years of labor and employment defense experience to join their expanding national labor and employment practice. The role requires general employment litigation, including wage and hour litigation, and employment counseling experience. Candidates must possess excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, as well as federal and state court experience. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and membership of the California State Bar are essential. The ideal candidate will reside in the Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego areas, but will not be required to work fully in the office in accordance with our client's Remote Permissive Work Policy.
