Description
Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a full-time 3rd – 5th year Associate for their Labor & Employment Practice based in San Francisco. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have experience representing employers on both a class and individual basis in areas such as wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements. While traditional labor management skills are not necessary, they are considered a plus. Candidates should have strong academic performance in law school, excellent interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
