Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm in San Diego, CA, is seeking an attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in California and have 2-10 years of experience in employment law, with a focus on employment litigation, including single plaintiff claims, PAGA, Wage & Hour, and FEHA matters. Preferred candidates will have employment counseling or in-house experience. This role involves significant client interaction and requires strong writing, analytical, and multitasking skills. The successful candidate will be proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team, and comfortable with discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions.
