Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking an outstanding associate with 2-4 years of employment litigation experience to join their Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have experience in single plaintiff actions involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other areas of California labor & employment law. The role requires strong litigation experience, participation in trial teams, preparing deposition outlines, researching, writing, and arguing motions, and conducting complex fact investigations and analysis. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who requires minimal oversight and can take ownership of matters.
