Description
Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment associate with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience in employment issues such as workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Litigation experience should include drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, with additional experience in depositions and administrative hearings being a plus. Responsibilities also include drafting workplace policies, conducting employee trainings, and providing day-to-day advice to employers. Candidates must be detail-oriented with excellent writing, communication, and research skills.
