This office is part of a renowned Am Law 100 firm with a significant presence in labor and employment law, advising a diverse range of employers from Fortune 100 companies to startups. The role involves handling complex employment litigation, including trade secret and restrictive covenant matters, and requires strong writing and research skills, as well as familiarity with court filing procedures.
