Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a talented and motivated mid-level associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join their Labor & Employment Practice Group in New York. This role involves significant contributions to employment counseling and litigation, offering extensive client interaction and career growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of employment litigation, including claims for discrimination, retaliation, trade secret misappropriation, and wage and hour violations. Experience in counseling on employee discipline, policy creation, wage matters, and internal investigations is advantageous. Familiarity with managing litigation processes from discovery through trial, including drafting motions and summary judgments, is preferred.
