Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a highly motivated senior associate or counsel with over six years of experience to join their renowned Employment and Labor practice in either San Francisco or Santa Monica. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in counseling and defending single-plaintiff employment cases, as well as class and collective actions related to wage and hour disputes and allegations of unfair employment practices. Expertise in advising employers on employment matters such as discipline, discrimination, restrictive covenants, ADA/FMLA compliance, and wage issues is essential. Candidates should be skilled in depositions, managing discovery, drafting motions, and preparing complex legal documents, including employment agreements and handbooks. Strong legal research, communication, and analytical skills are required, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
