Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate for its expanding Finance practice based in New York. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience advising lenders, investors, borrowers, and issuers in areas such as leveraged finance, asset-based lending, private placements, unitranche, first lien/second lien, mezzanine financings, and both leveraged and investment-grade lending transactions. The candidate should be a self-starter with excellent client management skills, superior academic credentials, and previous experience in a large law firm.
