Our client is seeking an Associate to join their Product Liability & Mass Torts Group in New York, targeting candidates in their 2nd to 4th year of practice. The role involves managing written discovery demands, depositions, court appearances, oral arguments, and drafting briefs and client reports. Candidates should have a strong academic background, excellent legal research, analytical, writing, communication, and organizational skills, and experience in premises and product liability. A New York bar license in good standing is required, and second chair trial experience is advantageous. The ability to effectively communicate and work directly with clients is essential.
