Description
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join their award-winning Life Sciences team. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic practice focused on corporate transactions for high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies in the US, Asia, and globally. The role involves assisting both private and public companies through a variety of transactions, including equity financing, IPOs, M&As, and corporate governance. Applicants should have 2-5 years’ experience in a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on public company representation. Experience in registered equity offerings and working with life sciences companies is preferred, but the team is open to candidates with an interest in life sciences without direct experience. Prospective candidates are expected to have experience working in teams, managing substantial components of transactions independently, possess outstanding academic credentials, have comparable law firm experience, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
