Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a litigation associate with two to four years of experience to join their dynamic, multi-faceted litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have robust oral and written communication abilities, excellent time management skills, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Experience is required in researching and drafting briefs and motions, including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment. The candidate should also have experience in taking and defending depositions, handling discovery for complex matters, preparing cases for trial, and participating in evidentiary hearings and/or trials in either state or federal courts.
