Description
Our client, a prominent law firm, is looking for experienced and versatile associates (3-7 years' experience) with an interest in civil litigation and regulatory enforcement/investigation matters for their New York office. The core areas of practice include antitrust litigation, securities litigation and enforcement, white collar defense and investigations, global compliance and anticorruption, M&A/shareholder litigation, intellectual property litigation, and other complex commercial disputes. The ideal candidate would possess strong academic and professional qualifications and a license to practice in New York.
