LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0091)

Description

Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a litigation associate to join their team in Philadelphia. The role will involve practicing in all phases of general commercial, civil, and business litigation matters with a diverse national and international client base. Suitable candidates will have a solid background and prior experience in complex commercial litigation, including but not limited to consumer class actions, antitrust litigation, M&A litigation, securities and shareholder litigation, corporate governance disputes, real estate financing and development disputes, and multi-district or multi-forum litigation. Experience in dealing with government investigations will be an added advantage. Prospective candidates should have three to five years of law firm experience in a litigation-based practice, with a focus on litigation procedure, including discovery and e-discovery processes. Experience with depositions, hearings, and oral arguments is highly desirable. The role requires excellent academic credentials, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and superior writing and analytical skills. Active membership in the Pennsylvania bar is mandatory.
