Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is currently seeking an exceptional Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team based in Atlanta. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in complex, multi-state litigation work within a growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of practice experience, including research and drafting of motions, deposition outlines and exhibit preparation, motions practice, discovery coordination, and proficiency in electronic discovery. Prospective candidates are expected to show interest and experience in white-collar criminal defense and investigation work, with a readiness to explore other litigation facets. Successful applicants will be involved in litigation case management, strategy development, discovery management, witness interviews and preparation, depositions, argument of motions, and large complex discovery management. Additionally, meaningful contribution to business development efforts is highly encouraged.
