Description
Our client is on the lookout for a Litigation mid-level associate with at least 2 years of experience gained at a prominent law firm. The successful candidate should have a background in general commercial litigation, securities litigation, mergers & acquisitions/corporate governance litigation, SEC enforcement, and antitrust/unfair competition litigation. This role requires an individual with robust qualifications, relevant years of experience, and, if necessary, the ability to perform the job from a specific location.
