Description
Our client, a reputable law firm based in Atlanta, is looking for an associate with 4-5 or more years of litigation experience, preferably in transportation litigation, to join their Business Litigation Department. Candidates with experience defending motor carrier clients and resolving insurance coverage issues would be especially valued. They are looking for academically distinguished applicants who possess excellent writing and analytical skills, alongside deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience. The ideal candidate would be a diligent, hardworking individual with good judgment, attention to detail, and either holds a Georgia law license or can promptly obtain one. This role provides a significant opportunity for meaningful involvement in ongoing national-scale litigation cases.
