Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join their Business Trial Practice Group in their expanding Dallas office. With a strong history in litigation and a diverse client base that includes Fortune 100 companies, privately-owned entities, and business start-ups across various industries, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that handles complex commercial and business litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of litigation experience, strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school, exceptional writing and communication skills, and preferably prior experience in a law firm with a national reputation and clerkship experience. This position is based in Dallas and candidates must be an active member of the Texas State Bar.
