Description
Our client, a national AMLAW 150 law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its business litigation section. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong academic achievement. The ability to function both independently and within a team environment is crucial. Prior litigation experience in state and/or federal court in California is a requirement. The firm is committed to developing and supporting its associates professionally, with the goal of them joining the partnership. Associates are expected to meet a countable hour requirement of 1900 hours a year and will receive hands-on training on the practice aspects of practicing law, as well as extensive networking and business development opportunities. The firm takes pride in its investment in communities and civic partnerships across the country, and encourages all of its lawyers to participate in pro bono activities for which billable work credit is given.
