LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0441)

Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team in their Dallas office. This role offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of a growing location. The firm's attorneys primarily practice in the area of products liability defense, but also handle other types of cases including premises liability, breach of warranty, breach of contract, and other general commercial litigation. They represent some of the world's largest automotive makers and other product manufacturers across the U.S. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of meaningful litigation experience in a mid-size to large law firm setting, or a similar level of trial experience in other settings. Experience in personal injury, products liability or insurance defense litigation is a plus. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, adeptness in case management, and admission to the State Bar of Texas are required.
