LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1275)

Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience to join their Complex Commercial Litigation group based in Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in complex commercial litigation and familiarity with the state and federal courts in Connecticut. The role involves handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing pleadings and motions, day-to-day case management, and participation in trial preparation. Prior experience as a judicial clerk is a plus, as is dual admission in the New York courts and experience with government and internal investigations. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented, and sophisticated work environment with industry experts. The firm offers a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule for greater flexibility. The candidate must have excellent technical, professional, and client service skills, excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills, and be team-oriented with an emphasis on collaboration. Connecticut bar admission in good standing is required (dual admission in NY is a plus).
