Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their Litigation team in New York. The role involves engaging in general commercial litigation and bankruptcy, drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, making court appearances, negotiating settlements, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience, including familiarity with creditors’ rights law, collateral repossession, and commercial finance law. Applicants should possess a J.D. degree, strong academic credentials, and be admitted or seeking admission to practice in the state of New York.
